Belinda has worked in the food industry for 25 years; 10 years cooking in kitchens, and 15 years working in food manufacturing – specialising in product development and quality management.
She is a specialist in food labelling - both content and compliance; and has substantial expertise and training in food laws and regulations.
Belinda has experience in completing submission and compliance documentation for external supplier systems and external quality audit programs; as well as revising food safety and quality management systems ready for external auditing.
Belinda is a Professional Member of The Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology Incorporated (AIFST).
